This timeless design is named after the many arches that proliferate it. With a beautiful south-facing front, we leveraged the abundant light that peers through the mature trees to create a serene environment. At just over 2,100 square feet, this efficient floorplan features three bedrooms, a basement, and a garden suite, adding a lot of housing diversity to the city’s core while being a beautiful sanctuary for our clients.

We worked to create something unique and classically inspired while maintaining all the amenities of modern life; with a vast expertly designed mudroom, this house will surely inspire future Timber Haus clients with its naturally inspired design.
